Back draft
The back draft (backdraft) is the explosion phenomenon to happen on the site of the fire.
A fire occurs in the room space sealed up, and force of the fire declines by incomplete combustion and I open and do a window and a door when flammable carbon monoxide gas is in condition to have collected and am tied when oxygen is taken in heated carbon monoxide rapidly, and it is a thing a chemical reaction formula to the carbon dioxide suddenly advances, and to cause an explosion.
It is a phenomenon unlike "the flashover" becoming the sea of flames in a moment.
I theoretically resembled "a hydrogen explosion".
What this phenomenon produced was known to the cases that fires usually occurred in the storehouse where ventilation was hardly performed in Japan.
The inside of the storehouse which is adjacent when a main building is burnt down becomes the high temperature very much, but conspicuous combustion does not get up in the inside of the storehouse because it is not supplied with air.
However, oxygen is taken in when I open the door of the storehouse just after a fire, and a thing in the storehouse flares up at a stretch.
Therefore it was said that you must not be able to open a door till the inside temperature of the storehouse fell enough when a fire happened in a main building.
